Contains 1.5g of nitrates per serving. Use 8 weeks on and 3 weeks off. Do not use if you are taking nitrates for chest pain, medications for erectile dysfunction (such as PDE-5 inhibitors), or other nitrate-containing dietary supplement. Do not exceed the recommended dosage of this product. Do not exceed 3 grams of nitrate-based compounds per day. Do not consume caffeine or stimulants from other sources or within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool, dry place (60 to 80F). Keep out of reach of children. Packed by weight, not by volume. Settling of product occurs after filling.
