Betabol™ is an advanced training formula containing the human studied amount of Patented HMB (when taken twice daily). HMB, a metabolite of L-Leucine.
SUGGESTED USE: Take 1 serving (1 scoop) twice daily with protein-containing meals or protein shakes. On workout days, be sure to take 1 serving (1 scoop) postworkout and 1 serving (1 scoop) 6 hours before or after.
